Virtel Group Limited (a Sonnet company ASX:SNN) has completed commissioning of a Vodafone Pre-Paid Mobile solution for Dodo Australian Pty Ltd (Dodo).

Final contracts were executed today.

The Pre-paid Mobile solution will enable Dodo to offer tailored Pre-Paid Mobile services to its customers.

Dodo is planning to launch an aggressive marketing campaign early in 2006.

Dodo has in excess of 270,000 customers and significant brand awareness across Australia. Dodo currently offers a range of services to its customers including Broadband, Dial-up Internet, Fixed Line and now Mobile. The finalisation of the Pre-Paid solution enable Dodo to deliver a complete range of Telecommunications services to its customers.

The revenue value of the contract is variable based on the volume of minutes utilised by Dodo customers.

Whilst there will be a marginal contribution to Sonnet's FY2006 results, there will be revenue and margin benefits from the contract in future years.

The announcements marks an important milestone for the Virtel business.
